01Who this policy covers

Omar Foudhaili (legal name: Foudhaili Omar), an individual developer based in Lyon, France, publishes a family of Android applications on Google Play, one per country, all following the same name pattern: “Radio [Country] Pro.” Each listing on Google Play shows Omar Foudhaili as the developer name, so this document, which names that same developer, applies to every app in the family regardless of which country appears in its title.

02Applications covered by this policy

Every entry below corresponds to a published or planned application named “Radio [Country] Pro.” New countries are added over time using the same name pattern and the same developer account.

Not every country listed above necessarily has a published app at any given time — this is the naming convention used across the whole catalog. If your app's exact name does not appear on Google Play under this pattern with developer “Omar Foudhaili,” this policy does not apply to it.

03Information we collect

Radio [Country] Pro apps collect only the technical information needed to run the streaming service and improve it:

We do not require account creation and we do not knowingly collect names, precise location, contacts, or other sensitive personal data to operate the core radio-streaming feature.
